RED BEANS AND KIELBASA 
2 (15 oz.) cans red beans, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 lb. Kielbasa sausage, sliced

Add all ingredients together in large pan; bring to a boil. Cook on medium heat 2 hours; stir occasionally. Serve over rice. Louisiana hot sauce may be added to individual servings.
