MARINATED VEGETABLES 
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Be ll peppers
Onion
Carrots
2 oz. rice vinegar or plain vinegar
1 oz. oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground mustard

1. Mix all together; add vegetables.

2. Marinate up to 4 hours.

Can also be used as a salad dressing.
