SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. water
1 tbsp. whole mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick Cure Salt

Mix all ingredients in water, pour over hamburger and mix well. Shape into 2 rolls. Wrap in foil, shiny side out. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Before baking, punch holes in foil to let water and grease escape. Bake in cookie sheet or on rack. You can bake on rack with cookie sheet under to catch all water and grease.
