NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew meat or ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked egg noodles

Brown meat and cook onion; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
