FIERY BEAN DIP 
16 oz. Old El Paso refried beans
4 oz. Velveeta light cheese, cubed
1 c. chunky salsa

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 10 minutes, stirring several times. Garnish with green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.

Serves 8 (6 if someone is greedy).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
