HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion
1 can chow mein noodles

13x9 dish.

Brown hamburger (drain). Add all ingredients and 1/2 of noodles; mix well. Put the rest of noodles on top and bake at 350 degree for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. (In microwave 20 minutes, let stand after cooking to thicken.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
