PILAF
1 c. rice, UNCLE BEN'S®
2 plus handful thin noodles
2 c. College inn chicken broth
1/2 stick butter (1/4 lb. stick)
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper, garlic powder, and sauteed onion to taste

Melt the butter and please don't burn, add the noodles, then toss and turn,. Don't walk away, for you must look. Add watch the noodles, while they cook. When golden brown, you add the rice. Mix it thoroughly, once or twice. Put in the broth, now make no fault. In adding seasoning and the salt. For rice is made of sterner stuff. Add will taste bland, if not enough. Trust your judgment, you can't go wrong. Then broth, when taste, should be strong. Not salty, mind, no cover place. Add bring to boil, then stir with ease. Just once or twice, then cook it slow. With cover on and light turned low. In 20 minutes, stir again. Taste if dine, and if not, whey then, five minutes more is all you'll need. When done, attack! with haste and speed.
