POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in flour and vanilla until thoroughly blended. Fold in nuts and potato chips. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
