CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices ham
Mustard (spicy-not yellow)
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
Beaten egg bath

Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick, spread with 1 tablespoon mustard each. Top with 1 slice ham and cheese; roll up jelly roll fashion from wide end. Dredge in seasoned flour; coat in egg bath then roll in bread crumbs. Bake in buttered dish turning once for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
