SUGAR FREE JAM 
20 oz. frozen berries
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Artificial sweetener to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Boil fruit, gelatin, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sweetener. Chill about 8 hours before serving.
