MOM'S CREAMY TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. dry chili seasoning (McCormick)
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes with chiles
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (Pet or Carnation)
1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, grated

Blend both cans of tomatoes. Set aside.

In a skillet sauté meat with chili seasoning. Put remaining ingredients in separate pot. Let simmer slowly for 20 minutes.

Serve over Frito's or your favorite corn chips.

Note: Can be cooked in Crock-Pot on LOW all day.
