LEMON PUDDING CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 4 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. oil 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. powdered sugar 1/3 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. melted butter Spread pineapple in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together first five ingredients; pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Punch holes in cake while warm. Mix together the last four ingredients and pour over warm cake. |
