GREEK VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tbsp. oregano leaves
8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained

In blender combine cottage cheese, oregano and garlic powder. Blend until smooth. Add Feta cheese and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill 2 hours before serving.
