HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. diced onion
2 cans mushroom soup thinned with about 1/2 can milk or broth
1 cut up cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
5 hard boiled chopped eggs
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Pimento as desired
1 box cooked ring macaroni
Shredded cheese
Crushed potato chips
sliced or slivered almonds if desired

In large bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion. Add thinned soup, then chicken, celery, eggs, mushrooms, salt, water chestnuts, pimento and macaroni. Put in one large or 2 medium baking dishes. Cover with shredded cheese. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake top with chips and almonds. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
