3 tbsp. butter 1 can (10.5 oz.) can minced clams 1 tsp. Worcestershire 4 tbsp. catsup 1 tsp. sherry 1 onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, diced 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/4 tsp. hot pepper 3 lg. bags Fritos and multiply this x 4 Makes enough for large chafing dish. Saute butter (butter), onions, green pepper until onion is translucent. Add cheese, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, sherry and melt down. Simmer 5 minutes. Add hot pepper sauce (Tabasco) until hot as you dare. Serve with dipping Fritos and watch this disappear. |
