2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pudding according to package directions. Blend in cream cheese and Cool Whip. Line an 11 x 13 cake pan with crushed Oreo cookies. Spread on pudding mix and top with more crushed Oreos. Cool and serve.
