LOW-FAT CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion
6 cans tomato sauce
1 lg. can kidney beans
1 pkg. Williams chili mix

Cook turkey with a little water. When meat is fully cooked, pour in colander and run hot water over meat until all fat is washed from meat. Put back in pan and add onion, tomato sauce, kidney beans and chili mix. Cook slow for about 30 minutes. Great with fat free cheese on top and fat free crackers.
