RICE - MUSHROOM BAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. water
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can chicken & rice soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in bowl and pour into greased casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice is tender. Makes 6 or 7 servings.
