CHICKEN & MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken
butter
Salt & pepper (or lemon pepper)
3 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. Coffeemate
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. liquid from mushrooms (add water if needed)
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rub chicken with butter, salt and pepper. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish for 30-45 minutes until forked with ease. Pour off excess moisture.

Mix together all other ingredients. Pour over chicken and continue to bake for 15 more minutes. Place chicken around cooked rice. Pour Coffeemate mixture over rice.
