BRAISED LAMB STEW | |
2 lbs. lamb stew meat 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 lg. onions, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 cans of beef stock Salt and pepper to taste Cook onions, garlic in the oil about 3 minutes in a large pot or a pressure cooker. Brown meat on all sides, pour the stock and tomatoes, salt and pepper over lamb. Cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour; a little longer for regular pot until lamb is tender. |
