1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. rum OR mint wafers

Mix all together and in about 1 tablespoon of dough wrap a mint inside. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
