FILLET OF SOLE IN WHITE WINE 
2 lbs. fillet of sole
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease 2 quart shallow casserole with cover. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth and place sole in casserole. Mix other ingredients and pour over fish. Cover casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes when gently pierced with a fork. Serves 6.
