VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 onion, diced
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
Crushed Ritz crackers for topping

Mix all ingredients. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
