BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 entire pkgs. of broccoli (use only flower tops)
1 lg. box raisins
1 sm. pkg. cashew nuts
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 env. Ranch dressing, as directed

Rinse broccoli under hot water to make them turn green. Cut up. Put all ingredients into large bowl and refrigerate until serving time.
