CHICKEN STEW 
1 whole chicken breast
1 can of peas & carrots, drained
Parsley to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. broccoli
1 pkg. egg noodles

Cut chicken breast into small pieces. In a large skillet saute onions, when almost cooked add chicken pieces. Cook together for about 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Let simmer for 1 hour. Add egg noodles (cooked according to package directions), peas and carrots and broccoli. Cook until heated through.
