HONEY - APPLESAUCE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. low sodium salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. egg beaters
1 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Glaze

Grease and flour a 10 inch fluted tube pan. Set aside. Stir together the flour, milk, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat honey and butter until fluffy, using an electric mixer. Add egg beaters and mix well. Add flour mixture and applesauce alternately until just combined. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and remove pan. Cool completely. Drizzle glaze over cake.
