CHOCOLATE ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
2 c. egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together until it holds a peak.

1 c. Softasilk cake flour
1 c. 10 X sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Sift cocoa and 10X sugar together, then sift flour measured. Sift all 3 ingredients together, then fold in cake. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
