SALMON STEAKS ON THE GRILL 
Place steaks on individual sheets of heavy aluminum foil which has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Season with herbs, dot with butter and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on fish. Add small amounts of chopped pepper, tomatoes and onions.

Loosely seal packets and place on warmed grill; reduce heat to low and cook about 15 minutes with cover closed. Carefully check for doneness. (Fillets of cod or haddock also work well cooked this way.)
