LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. Jello lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. cold water

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat for 10 minutes. Pour into a large tube pan (or a loaf pan) and bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Place on a plate and ice immediately with: 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 tbsp. orange juice
