CAESAR SNAP PEA SALAD 
2 heads lettuce or Romaine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Juice of 2 lemons
1 egg
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 c. croutons
1/4 lb. snap peas (about 15)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. olive oil

Combine olive oil with clove of garlic, and let stand overnight. Break string snap peas into pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
