STRAWBERRY RICE SALAD 
1/2 c. rice
3 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. powdered topping mix, whipped

Cook rice in water until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain rice, reserving water. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup hot rice water. Add sugar, rice and pineapple. Refrigerate. When partially set, add whipped topping.
