SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 c. milk
1 can condensed shrimp soup
1 can crab, drained
1 can shrimp, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in skillet. Saute green pepper and celery. Add flour, garlic salt, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir. Then add milk and condensed soup. Stir.

In casserole dish, layer crab, shrimp, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Pour sauce over it. Cook 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve over rice.
