VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
2 peeled garlic cloves (if you want to live dangerously, add more)
1 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. olive oil

Chop garlic and salt in blender. Add pepper, mustards, egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk until everything is yellow and creamy.
