BARRY'S CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

4 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

CRUST: Combine all ingredients with fork. Press into greased 9-inch springform pan, going up sides. Chill 30 minutes.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Don't let cake turn brown.

While baking, mix sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Pour over cake. Bake 10 minutes more. Allow to chill about 6 hours.
