SEEDS AND GRAINS 
1 c. mixed nuts and seeds (peanuts, cashews and sunflower seeds combined to equal 1 c.)
3 c. cooked grains (brown rice, cracked wheat, millet, alone, or in combination to equal 3 c.)
2 tbsp. butter

In large ungreased skillet brown nuts and seeds over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully so they do not burn. Add grains. Stir to break up lumps. Dot with butter. Cover and heat for 5 or so minutes over low heat.
