SHRIMP AND CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (6 oz.) can tiny shrimp
Cocktail sauce
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/4 tsp. onion and garlic powder
Crackers

Drain can of shrimp.

Mix 3/4 can of shrimp with cream cheese, onion, garlic and parsley.

Shape spread into loaf to match serving dish. (round dish - round loaf, oblong dish = oblong loaf) Leave about a 2 inch border.

Make a crater on top of loaf. Fill with cocktail sauce.

Sprinkle remaining shrimp on top and garnish with parsley.

Surround loaf with crackers.
