IRISH APPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. apple juice
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Combine mix, eggs, juice, oil and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Toss apples with flour in a bowl. Fold apples and nuts into batter. Pour into pan. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until sticks clean. Cool 25 minutes.
