HEALTH COOKIES 
3/4 c. soy oil
1 1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water, if needed
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins

Pour oil into bowl. Use same cup for measuring honey. Mix rest of ingredients into bowl. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees about 12 to 20 minutes.
