CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE 
3-4 lbs. fresh corned beef brisket
6 potatoes, peeled and halved
6 carrots, peeled and quartered
6 sm. onions
1 sm. cabbage, cut in wedges

Please meat in a deep pan and cover with water. Cove and simmer gently for 3-4 hours or until meat is fork tender.

Add potatoes, carrots, and onions about 30 minutes before end of cooking time. Add cabbage 15 minutes before end of cooking time. Serves 8.
