BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 banana
1 baked 9" pie shell, cooled
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla or banana cream instant pudding mix
2 1/2 c. cold milk
2 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping

Slice banana into pie shell. Prepare pie filling mix as directed on package for pie, using 2 1/2 cups cold milk. Fold in 1/2 cup of whipped topping and pour over bananas in shell. Chill at least 3 hours. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with bananas and mint, if desired.
