SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 sm. onion
3 cans French-style green beans

Fry onions and ground chuck. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat. Pour in 1 can of green beans, undrained. Drain other 2 cans and add. Simmer, then pour into baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Bake until juice is bubbling. Makes 8 servings.
