6 eggs
1 lb. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. corn syrup or honey
1/2 lb. butter
9 c. oats
8 oz. chocolate chips
24 oz. peanut butter
1/2 lb. M&M'S®
4 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together eggs, sugars, vanilla, syrup, butter and soda. Add softened peanut butter (microwave about 1 minute). Mix oats, a cup at a time, and then add M&M'S® and chocolate chips. Bake on greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes. Makes over 6 dozen cookies.
