BARBECUED STUFFED SHRIMP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cooked crab meat
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 doz. lg. shrimp

Melt butter in skillet, saute onion, celery and green pepper, using medium heat. Stir in flour and milk, stirring constantly until thick. Add bread crumbs, crab meat, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove shell and vein from shrimp, leaving tails on. Slit back of shrimp

Put 2 shrimp together with crab stuffing. Hold together with toothpicks. Chill in refrigerator until ready to cook. Place shrimp in broiler pan, 5 inches from broiler unit. Baste occasionally with sauce (below) until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes on each side.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of hot sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Saute onion in oil. Add other ingredients and simmer 5 minutes on low heat.
