CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 whole chicken
4 stalks celery
1 whole onion
Bisquick
Milk
butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook chicken along with whole onion and celery stalks. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove chicken from broth and strain the broth. Return the broth to boiler and add 3/4 stick butter and 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk. Debone chicken while bringing broth to boil.

Mix Bisquick according to directions and roll on floured surface. Add dumplings to boiling broth. Then add deboned chicken. When completed, place in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with Bisquick strips and dab with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
