WHIPPED PEAR SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. light cream
1 (29 oz.) can pears, drained (save juice)
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. pineapple

Heat 2 cups pear juice to boiling. Pour over Jello. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Mix cream cheese and cream until smooth. Add Jello and beat until smooth. Chill until partially set. Fold in pears, oranges, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Chill until set.
