MINER'S STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. molasses
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. beef broth
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes or tomato puree
1 green pepper, sliced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Dredge steak strips in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Put into Dutch oven and add all remaining ingredients. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve with noodles or rice. 4 servings.
