CRABMEAT BACON ROLLS 
Mix:

1 well beaten egg
1/2 c. tomato juice

Add:

1 c. dry bread crumbs
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat

Mix and roll into finger length. Cut 12 slices of bacon in half. Wrap each roll with 1/2 slice bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Broil, turn frequently until bacon is done. Makes 2 dozen.
