MACARONI SQUARES 
3/4 c. elbow macaroni
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
Hamburger, cooked (optional - or ham or broccoli)
2 tbsp. Parmesan or 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Paprika

Cook elbow macaroni and drain. In small skillet saute onion in butter until soft and transparent. In a bowl combine macaroni, onion and all remaining ingredients; stir to combine.

Spoon macaroni mixture into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish, sprinkle slightly with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut into squares and serve.
