SOUP 
4 lg. diced carrots
4 stalks diced celery
2 onions, chopped
2 chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste
2 c. tomato sauce
3 c. Merts Spanish Rice, precooked or leftover
4 c. seasoned brown ground beef

Place all vegetables and salt in large pot and cover with water, cook until tender. Add sauce, rice and meat.
