VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce
2 med. cucumbers
2 lg. tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives
2 sm. green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. radishes
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Peel lengthwise strips from cucumber to give striped effect, slice cucumber very thin, cut tomatoes into wedges, slice radishes and dice cheese and onions. Add oil and remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
